Please check out Wozofoto.com! The site features one (and only one) photo for 24 hours (midnight to midnight) and offers prints of it for sale (it's like Woot for photos). Wozofoto and the photographer then split the revenue. 8x10's go for $10, and larger prints are slightly more.
I'm honored that after featuring my photo of the Seine at Twilight, they have decided to feature another one of my photos. The photo (below) was taken while Visiting Manuel Antonio park in Costa Rica, where we stayed at a place called "Cabinas Ramirez." The cabinas themselves had the charm of a trailer-park, and the rooms were decorated with some of the worst art I've seen. But, we could not have picked a better place to stay. It was run by a couple of men who truly embodied the Costa Rican spirit of "Pura Vida," and took joy in welcoming each of the cabinas' visitors. One of the gentlemen was always cloaked in white, and we referred to him as "The Godfather," for the power he seemed to wield, and the authority with which he spoke (though only in Spanish, so to be fair, I really have no idea what he was saying)! The best part, however, was that a mere 50 meters from our cabin was our own private beach. As we walked across stepping stones to reach it, monkeys hooted overhead, and iguanas mingled along the side. As we stepped out around 8PM, we were greeted with this sunset.

Update (May 17, 2009): The 24 hours of my 15 seconds of fame are up, and wozofoto has moved on to featuring other photographers' work. Thanks to those of you that ordered a copy! You can see the photo archived on the wozofoto blog.

I'm honored that the site has selected my photo (below) from Paris, and I'm thrilled to have my picture featured among those of photographers far more talented than I am. I think the site is a great idea, and a nice way for photographers to have their work exposed to the world. Many thanks to Wozofoto for selecting the picture I took, and thanks to you for taking a look!
Thanks to 1001 Noisy Cameras (THE best photography blog out there) for the shout-out!
